IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The vehicle (car) rented above may not be transferred to another party/second party without prior written permission from the vehicle owner.
The vehicle (car) rented above is not used as collateral/security for any purpose to any party.
Violations of items 1 & 2 will be processed through legal channels/litigation and the vehicle owner has the right to take back the rented vehicle immediately if there is a violation of items 1 & 2 or if there is negligence related to the use of the vehicle (car) caused by the renter.
The return of the vehicle (car) must be in the same condition as when it was received. If there is any damage to the body of the car, the renter will be fully responsible.
If the return of the vehicle is delayed, the renter will be charged an additional fee of 1 day or a penalty of Rp 100,000/day.
Cancellation, down payment (DP) is non-refundable.
Fuel price per route is Rp 100,000. The fuel policy is the same as when picked up. We do not accept the return of excess fuel. Please refuel according to the amount received.
The usage period for regular vehicles is calculated per 24 hours from the time the car is taken, while premium vehicles are calculated from the time the car is taken.
Pickup and return outside Lombok International Airport will be subject to additional parking fees at the airport exit area. For deliveries to other locations, additional charges will apply.
